    Hi Support

    We have opened the case 31912055  for the fireglass is not function. We have opened for three more days, but no support pick up the case and reply to us.
    We are suffering in this case, our customer cannot push any setting and configuration to the fireglass, that means they have nothing to do on the fireglass. We cannot do the testing and the production date is delayed.
    We are pushing and pushing support, but very unlucky we got nothing.
    Please help to find a technical engineer to pick up the case.
    We hope we can have the quick response, thanks.
