    We are a Charity and our licenses (15) are coming up for renewal. Tried to raise a query because the Licensing option on Symantec Manager had disappeared. We have a valid set of licenses. Could not raise a query, therefore cannot add any new licenses.

    We have been with Symantec for several years now, and if Broadcom cannot recognise us a customer. They will have their wish.

    When our licenses expire we will have to consider our position on renewal, as we have no option! ​
