    Good day,

    When trying to log a support ticket with Broadcom for Symantec Endpoint Protection, I get a pop up message saying "Grant not available - please contact support"? Please advise.

    Hope your doing good! Looks like the site id needs to be added to your profile to get access to the case management. 

    You can add the site id to your profile by following the steps mentioned in the link below:
