This is very frustrating... There appears to be no way to contact anyone concerning website issues. Concerning the
awful new CA support site (
Loading...) when sending email replies to support emails, they are not being added to the case. When entering comments directly into the left pane, they do not appear at all, or they do not appear for hours. (Not an issue if the comments are added in the RIGHT pane.)
Can someone
PLEASE fix the site?!?!

Also, I find it hilarious that Broadcom is using the competing product, Okta, to protect the CA support website, rather than using the CA product that they now own, SiteMinder...
