    I NEED TO OPEN A CALL ON THE PORTAL FOR THE SYMANTEC ENDPOINT PRODUCT AND I CANNOT ACCESS. SHOW THE MESSAGE "GRANT NOT AVAILABLE CONTACT ADMIN. IT'S DIFFICULT TO WORK THAT WAY

    Looks like the site id is not added to your profile. Please follow the steps mentioned in the following link to upgrade your account and add the site id.

    Grateful for the return, but I already did the procedure you sent me and then clicked on symantec, when you open the case it shows the same message. Concession not available. I had already received a login creation email, but I can't get past this screen.
