There could be two reasons for the error message - "Grant not available. Please contact admin" while accessing the case management.1.
Site id is not added to your profile - You will have to upgrade your account with the site id to get access to the case management. Please follow the steps mentioned in the link below:

Pending request - Your request is pending with the customer care team. After upgrading the account, the request
goes into a queue for review. Once it is approved, you should be able to see all your licenses and entitled products. If you do not get any communication within 24 hours regarding your request, then please submit your details using the following link. The team will contact you and assist you further.

Hi,
I cannot open a support case in your support portal and I am receiving below error when it tries to log in to the "MyBroadcom Login" page.
I tried to use the Customer Care Web Form (https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form?_ga=2.164930684.2108612150.1592984572-1555063101.1583926951) as well. But it is also not responding.
