    What is a site ID?

CA Support manages its users with an Enterprise site ID, also known as a "Site ID". Site ID is the unique number given to the Technical Contact assigned during the contract phase of purchase. Once the contract is active, the technical contact receives an email with the site ID for their contract.

The site ID information you submit at registration determines the products you are entitled to download, upgrade, and request support.

Where can I get a site ID?

Contact a Customer Care Team. Tell them you do not have your site ID and they will assist you. Once you have it, you will have to either register with CA Support, or you will need to add the site ID to your profile.
