    Hi everyone,

    On the support portal site, I can see case for a company i've never requested access to.

    I suggest that everyone should ask for a list of all persons that can access their siteID.

    This is a huge fail since a support case may contains sensitive informations.

    @Christopher Hackett I guess you know wich person to contact about this.​

    @Rahul Dutta, @lmblakely I can see SIX CONTINENTS HOTELS support cases so I think you should follow my advice :)

    Hi Everyone,

    We have two tickets created for the same issue 20032179 and 20032664.
    Ruth Wunderle already escalated the case 20032664 to our IT team and they are still working on it.
    We will keep you informed once the issue is resolved.
