  • 1.  Upgrade Testing For Ca performance center

    HI All, 

     we trying to upgrade our ca performance center platform from 3.6 to 3.7 and as a part of this we have made a test environment with same as our production environment. 
    Production environment Scenario

    CA Performance Server :10.255.20.20
    Data Aggregator :10.255.20.21
    Data Collector : 10.255.20.22
    Data Repository 1:10.255.20.23
    Data Repository 1:10.255.20.24
    Data Repository 1:10.255.20.25
     For creating  the upgrade testing environment we took OVA backup of CAPC,DA,DC, and one DR(DR1) server, all deployed in some other vm in the same network and we changed the ip only for all the testing server, below is the structure.
    CAPC :10.255.10.60
    DA :10.255.10.61
    DC:10.255.10.62
    DR1:10.255.10.63
    after changing the ip i have updated the same in all the servers host entries also(/etc/hosts) now they can communicate with each other, but i am getting the below errors.
    When i am accessing the GUI this error i am getting
     

    When i am checking the  service dadaemon status in Data aggregator i am getting below error

    When i am checking the  service dadaemon status in DA , this error i am receiving



    when i am checking the Data base, below its showing the production systems DR servers IP, How can i change this ?, do i need to change this ?

    i have tried to restart the below service in all the server

    CAPC
    service caperfcenter_eventmanager start

    service caperfcenter_devicemanager start

    service caperfcenter_sso start

    service caperfcenter_console start


    DR
    Database stop
    /opt/vertica/bin/adminTools

    DA

    service dadaemon stop

    service activemq stop

    DC
    service dcmd start

    service activemq start


    what else changes i have to make this test environment to up ?
