    Hello,

    I'm trying to create a support case but when i click "case management" i'm automatically redirected to the support portal and not to the creation page.
    What should I do to resolve this ? is there any other way to do this ?

    Hello Lydia,

    for me it works like this.

    Got to broadcom.com
    Log In
    In the Pull Down Menu Under your Login Name in the Upper Right Corner click myBroadcom.

    On that new Page click on one of the six options. For Example: Enterprise Software
    On the new page, click case management. This directs me to the case creation portal.

    Everything else leads me into a login loop with the support portal.

    Hello Jana,

    Thank's for your answer.
    I tried your solution but It's still not working. I'm always redirected to the support portal.
    May be I'm not authorized to create cases or something is missing with my support account.
