  • 1.  Urgent: NFR Symantec Licenses

    Hello everyone,
    I hope someone can help me. We have an NFR Symantec license in use, which will expire next week. We have written to Broadcom's partner helpdesk several times, but so far no one has responded. No one can be reached by phone in Germany or the USA. Symantec Support doesn't answer either. What can we do? How and where can we renew our licenses?

    Hi Sabrina,

    We are also facing the same challenge and we are not able to get or renew our NFR license and due that we are not able to do demo or POC.

    Hi all,

    sorry to say that, but no, they will not contact you! We have tried this several times for NFR licenses as well as for evals for customers. The sales team seems to be non existent...
