  • 1.  url response probe malfunction

    Url response probe taking longer to connect than the actual time the website is taking.
    As a result, a false alarm is triggered. What's the solution?

    Hi Heena,

    We are using CA UIM 8.5.1 and the alert is generated by url_response probe.

    Be sure to use the latest probe version and try to change the timeout:
