Data collection and storage for Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud

Hi,

I'm having trouble locating answers to the following questions. I've read the EULA and other documents but can not answer the following questions:
1. What country/region is the data collected in SEPC stored.
2. What data is collected and stored.
3. How long is that data stored.
4. What data/information is sent in transit and possibly recorded in logs
5. Is it possible to prevent information about servers (IP, MAC Address, Software Inventory) being sent outside of a country / region

All the questions above relate to servers and protecting the information on and about those servers.
