I received a warning in my PMC (https://manage.symanteccloud.com/Customers.aspx):
„EOL NOTICE: Effective 2020-11-02, Symantec Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) and Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEP Cloud) will be discontinued and no longer will offer protection. In addition, the Partner Management Console will be discontinued."
I contacted my distributor about that, he adviced me to contact you for further steps.
How can I transfer a license from SEP SBE to SES?
I sent an email with more details to: technical.support@broadcom.com, partner.helpdesk@broadcom.com, partners@broadcompartnerhelpdesk.com.
Never got a response. :-(
I have about 23 customers to migrate...
