    Issue:


    Users getting "User is not active in system, please contact your admin." error message while accessing Case Management.

    Resolution: 


    Usually, new users with a site id access encounter this error message.

    Once you are registered for the case management, wait for 15 minutes for your account to get activated. If this issue still persists then, please contact CA Customer Care Team or submit your request using Customer Care Web Form.
