    This whole site is very useful and I have learned a lot since recently joining but I must say that the Broadcom portal is not easy to navigate and a
    at all intuitive

    With that said, I hope somebody and steer me in the right direction with my problem below
     
    I have the correct password but when I run an HTML (trying to access Rally externally), the browser is asking for a password for rally1.rallydev.com (I am fairly certain)

    The dialogue box is just not accepting my credentials

    see attached for further details

    Any ideas or whom I can contact to resolve this

    I don't know about a Rally web ressource.

    Please don't submit screenshots as a Word document.

    The world at large has had a major influx of virus infections from ​Word documents. I am certainly not going to open a Word document from an unknown source - even if I submitted this one to VirusTotal.com and it appeared to be clean, that's no guarantee and I won't take the risk on a work computer. And I wouldn't suggest anyone else to do, either.

    Thank you for posting your query. If there is an active maintenance for the product, you can always contact Broadcom Customer Care to create a technical case with the Rally Support team. One of our engineers will contact you and assist you further. 

    Or 

    You can also use Rally community page to post your queries related to rally product. It will give more viability to the Rally support Engineers.

    (I have already posted and was not getting many suggestions.  A call from your Engineer would be helpful but in the meantime I am reading Rally documentation too)
