    Hello,

    Need to know why this extra line is being created. THis ticket is created using CA SDM API . 

    Property Changed  This is an internal log dafs 08/29/2019 02:59 am   No No Ticket property 'Alternate Phone Number' is changed from '' to 'Yes'.
    Ticket property 'Alternate Phone Number' is changed from '' to 'Yes'.
