    This case was closed by Broadcom support on 04 Sep. 2019.  I have not received a satisfaction survey to provide feedback.

    It has been more than 10 days and I have still not received a satisfaction survey.  Have they been discontinued?  I did not see an announcement that Broadcom would stop using them; as I have received one after each case since the acquisition.

    Apologies, JW. 

    We are looking into this with our software vendor to find out why the invitation was not sent.  The issue has been escalated to the vendor's engineering team.

    Stay tuned. Hopefully we'll have an answer soon.
