FTP site for the CA legacy documentation not working - files not listed

    Hi, the legacy bookshelves for the CA products are usually present in the site WebInterface. But for the last few days, the top-level folders in the site are not displaying the individual files or the sub-folders stored there (even though the files are present) and it shows a message 'No files available'. Please see the URL's below and the screenshots attached.

    I observed the site working fine as of 1st April. But since I checked back on 15th April and since then, the issue is occurring. Can you please have the team responsible for maintaining the site check this issue and let me know ?

    This issue used to happen before as well but used to get automatically resolved within 2-3 days.
