    Hi,
    In a user story - just as of today "Cntl+V" nor the "right click + paste or paste as plain text" is working.

    I need help NOW - and i am not able to log a case as there seems to be issues with my login for CA Support under Rally Software

    I believe this issue is with the product Rally, I would suggest you to post your query in Rally community for assistance.
