We have created one new Cisco device family for taking automatic running configuration backup for the Cisco devices. because only some cisco device are showing under "Cisco IOS - SSH Capable" device family, the most devices showing under this family is CAT 9300 only and we are able to take backup for them. but for the other devices which is not coming under Cisco IOS - SSH Capable device family the broad com support team asked us create a custom device family and to create some script for that to take the backup, we have done the steps from the document which they shared but still we are not able to take backup for the devices coming under custom device family which we created. please find the below error which we are receiving please help us to resolve this issue at the earliest.
