    When I click the Broadcom account link on downloads.automic.com, the following error appears.

    Website could not be retrieved

    Unable to determine IP address for

    samlgwsm-qa.ca.com

    This indicates that the proxy was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. Check if the address is correct.

    The DNS server returned:

    Name Error: The domain name does not exist.


    This is not the first time something like this has happened. It would be preferable if important websites were reliably accessible.

    Suggest you follow the steps mentioned below:
    1. Clear cache, cookies and try to access the site. 
    2. Access the site using different browsers and private browser.
    If you are still getting this error, please help us with your browser details.
