    When upgrading my account I get asked for the Site ID but the Symantec serial is invalid. When trying to raise a ticket with Customer Care I get asked for the Site ID again. A catch24. Please assist.

    The site id is different from Symantec Serial Number. Your serial number is associated to the site id. However, please help me with your serial number privately to help you with a valid site id.
