For 2 weeks now, I have been experiencing difficulties trying to update Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12.1.671.4971 to the latest definition by using the downloadable file-based protection executable update from Broadcom's website (https://www.broadcom.com/support/security-center/definitions).
Updating PCs and servers without access to the internet had always been successful until now. I have tried severally but without success.
It seems there is a problem with the daily definition update published. Please help fix the problem.
Note: We chose Symantec Endpoint Protection solution because we could download definitions offline to update workstations that we cannot afford to take online.
