We are a managed service provider with many clients. Before broadcom we were able to login to the symantec portal and see all of our clients products and serial numbers. Now with broadcom I am unable to access any of our clients info. Also when we order a renewal it gets sent directly to the client and not us. We need this to be resolved immediately.
