    We are a managed service provider with many clients. Before broadcom we were able to login to the symantec portal and see all of our clients products and serial numbers. Now with broadcom I am unable to access any of our clients info. Also when we order a renewal it gets sent directly to the client and not us. We need this to be resolved immediately.

    Dear Josh, 

    Please specify the portal you were accessing before the transition. Also, find the guide with regards to the migration

    Note: If the migration was not performed, You will meed to create a new access.

    We used the symantec portal. I did the migration and none of our clients were in the new portal.

    Please share the URL - Need to confirm if this is any Product Specific Portal you are referring to
