    Broadcom社のオンラインマニュアルについてご教示ください。

    ユーザ様では以下の日本語マニュアルを参照されていますが、
    一部フローが空欄であったりと不備が見受けられます。

    一方で、同内容の英語マニュアルは正常に表示されています。

    ​2. select <version - 12.8> <language - japanese>
    3. fill in the serach box with「フェデレーション」(※)
     (※) this means "federation"  in Japanese
    4. click the first result

    I believe I sent you an email regarding the update. However, the steps followed by the you are correct. The URL you would see is this:

     Team wanted to know how you got the first URL that you had shared in your post, it contained incorrect path: 

    https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/jp/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-identity-and-access-management/single-sign-on/12-8/464987779/464988314.html? This link wouldn't work because it must be ja instead of en.

    It is just the top page of siteminder manual.

     

    By the way, do you have a pdf file or another type document written in Japanese to see correctly?

    Just in case the issue will not get resolved soon.

    Hello UCHIDA,

    I am from the SiteMinder documentation team. We understand and acknowledge that few flowcharts are broken though the relevant content is fine in the topics of Japanese releases. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We discussed the solution with the translation team. As Broadcom's direction is not to translate flowcharts/images going forward and continue to focus on content translation in all the languages, their suggestion is to replace the broken flowcharts with the corresponding English flowcharts in the Japanese releases. We will start working on the resolution soon. We will let you know once this task is complete.

    I understood.

     

    I looked through the page, and found the flow chart was corrected in English.

    I would like to know the correction was completed or not.

     

    Do you have any plan to translate English descriptions to Japanese?
