    Dear support,

    Please note that I cannot open or view the case Case#32169811.

    Hi Mohammed, 

    The site ID used for case - 32169811 is not linked to your Broadcom Support Portal. 

    Please have the site ID linked and you should be able to view the case.

    Hi mohammed idrami,

    As mentioned by @Aparna GS the case 32169811 was created under a different site id which is not added to your profile. Please add the site id to your profile by following the steps mentioned in the Article. Once the site id is added, you should be able to see the case in your case management - "My Cases" 

    Sent you email privately with your site id details.
