We used the message labs anti spam/virus filter on our domain.
Then earlier this year Symantec would not let us renew our subscription & we moved to a competitor product.
However Symantec have not deleted our domain from their systems, we cannot login as we have no active license.
The problem is that when other companies that still use this Symantec product try to send us emails, Symantec sends them via our old Symantec account, which is no longer linked to our 365 account, so we do not receive them.
I have been trying for days to get in touch with Symantec so that they can delete our domain from their systems, but no-one seems to be able to help.
