Am still able to use Symantec portal at hostedendpoint.spn.com for SEP Small Business edition. Earlier I activated my Broadcom account. I never received any further email with my site ID. In checking another post in this community I saw advice about how to get the site ID - they said to log in to the Symantec portal and the Site ID is just the Symantec Support ID minus the letters and dash in front of the numbers. I cannot find this; only my license number. Please advise.
