1. Log into support.broadcom.com and Select the Division.
2. Click on Case management:
3. To request for case closure, click on
Case Id and select
Close Case option as shown in the picture below.
Note: This will not close the case, instead, it will send a notification to
CA support engineer to review and close the case.
