Support Portal - How to request for a case closure?

  • 1.  Support Portal - How to request for a case closure?

    1. Log into casupport.broadcom.com and click on Case Management or My Cases.
    2. To request for case closure, click on Case Id and select Close Case option as shown in the picture below.

    Note: This will not close the case, instead, it will send a notification to CA support engineer to review and close the case.
