    Inquired on March 31.
    About two weeks have passed, but no engineer has been assigned.
    How can an engineer be assigned and solve a problem?
    
    The problem cannot be solved because the engineer is not assigned.
    Failure to resolve the issue will result in security issues.
    If you are attacked, you become a liability issue.
    
    CaseIDs are 31837767 and 31846848.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I reviewed both the cases mentioned above. The case 31837767 has been closed stating it's a duplicate of 31846848. 
    Case - 31846848 has been assigned to an engineer and he is working on it.
