    Since Broadcom purchased Symantec, we've had no contact from them since December about invoicing, I am unable to contact any form of support, I don't have a site ID.....

    We are completely isolated from Broadcom.

    This is horrific customer service. 

    Can someone from Broadcom please get in touch urgenty!
