    I'm a reseller for Symantec products, and the IT supplier for my customer, from April 27 I bought a new licenses for my customer and until now I'm not be able to download from your portal, I've already registered several times in your portal, but no answer from you, I'm also tried to call and nobody answer and then I raise a ticket the system splash a screen I'm not allowed and to contact to my admin, so  If I'm the admin what can I do?

    A site id needs to be added to your profile to get access to Download Management and Case Management. However, I have escalated your case to the concerned team to look into it and assist you as soon as possible.
