Hi
Keri Taylor,
We need to validate if you are a federated or non-federated users. Please find the instructions mentioned below:
Federated users: Federated users should follow the below process
- They should first login to their internal authentication process (or SSO)
- And then in the same browser they should open a new tab
- Then they should input support portal login URL (https://support.broadcom.com/user) and the will be logged-in to the portal.
Non-federated users: Non-federated users should follow the normal process for login
- Go to support portal login URL (https://support.broadcom.com/user)
- After login in with their credential, they will automatically be directed to the MFA login page
- Once they complete the MFA process, they will be logged-in to the portal
If you are still unable to access the support portal, help me with your email address privately, I will validate your account and assist you further.

Subject: Cannot access Support Portal
I have tried to get this resolved for a while now. I also have opened a case with my internal company saying that the support site is on the "white list" and see no errors. I, however, cannot access the support site. Our company uses Chrome. I have also had a webex with someone there to look at this. I don't know what else to do. Please help.
