My problem is that I can't access the SEP Cloud website for the first time.

I cannot log in to SEP Cloud website for the first time.
An active Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2 license has been purchased for this account.
I have a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager domain running on this license.
My task is to enroll this domain in SEP Cloud.
But when I try to access the SEP Cloud website from this account, I get an error.
