    To reset password, go to, click on login drop-down and select "Forgot Username/Password" as shown in the picture below

    Or click on the link and follow the steps to reset your password.

    • Enter your registered email address and click on submit.

    • An email with a temporary password and the activation link will be sent.

    • Sign in with the email address and fill in old password field with the temporary password received.
      Note: Please ensure there are no trailing or preceding space in the password field.

    • Once a user provides their Login & Password, the system will prompt for requesting a Security Code to their registered email and verify. Click on Send email

    Note: In case of losing the previous email, the system will allow the user to request it again after 30 seconds of the first code request.

    • To change your password, enter the old password (Temporary password received) and the new password.
