    When trying to start a query and selecting Case Management in SYMANTEC ENTERPRISE SECURITY (https://support.broadcom.com/security)
    I get the message "Grant not available. Please contact admin." And cannot proceed.
    How can I start a query?

    Submit a Question "https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form?_ga=2.78195347.648492180.1583644347-937703422.1583125151"
    Even if you click the "Submit Form" button, the screen does not advance and you cannot make an inquiry.

    Despite being in a hurry, I am very troubled because I can not make inquiries.
