    today, I'm unable to login to casupport.broadcom.com.
    The page is stuck loading "Redirecting to Okta login"

    There was an issue earlier today which IT has now fixed. Request you to please clear the cache and cookies on your browser and try signing in again using https://support.broadcom.com/

    Hi @Aslam Khan.

    Cheers, I also had issues with case management and clearing the cache did the trick.

    When going to "case management", the seemingly broken, empty page I got called two Javascripts that contained no js but HTML and consequently, triggered an "unexpected token: <" error. These were cached, thus breaking the case management page.

    I feel I spend more time recently trying to work around such problems with Broadcom than anything else, and I sincerely hope Broadcom can at some point stabilize this. Frankly, this is currently sub-par even when compared to CA.
