    I need to cancel my company subscription for Symantec Endpoint as our out sourced IT is oing to be running a full support package.

    If you have purchased the licenses from the reseller, then please contact your reseller to cancel your company subscription.

    The licences were bought direct from Symantec website last year.

    We do not have an option to cancel the subcription. If a user doesn't login to their account after the licenses are expired, then the account gets automatically cancelled. The auto-renew doesn't happen anymore and if anyone is interested in renewing the licenses, then they will have to contact a reseller.
