Cannot change site ID - Administrator over both

    I am administrator over both site ID's. I can see both in entitlements and I can administer both. The issue is the old Symantec site ID 214XXXX is expired and nothing can be manipulated with it and I cannot change to my new Broadcom site ID 408XXXX.
