You might have more than one accounts and one of them by default is testpad. The team will have to check your accounts to identify the root cause.
I would suggest you to submit the request with all the details by using the
customer care webfrom.

When I access the sep cloud portal, it always defaults to Testpad domain. Why cant it default to my active domain. Most unfriendly. have tried support but no sense from them at all. The support in Europe is very poor
