BCM53112 RGMII Support on 2.5V

Hi,

I have Used BCM53112 as a Ethernet switch in my Design. Datasheet mention that RGMII signals are controlled by IMP_VDDO & IMP_VDDP. Both can be supplied 1.5/2.5, 1.5/2.5 respectively. Although there is no mention of protocol level compliance mentioned  in data sheet for RGMII.
I have following question regarding this RGMII connection-
1. Can RGMII work with 3.3V on the other side device ??
2. Can RGMII can work with 1.8V ??
3. In case RGMII can work with 1.8V (IMP_VDDP) if IMP_VDDO need to be supplied with the 2.5V or it can be left floating ?
