Just a FYI - chinese characters on the case management tile. Not sure if this is a fabulous new feature set or a localization snafu. Either way keep up the good work and god bless.

I'm seeing the same. It's Japanese that says "Open a Support Case".

It is indeed a new feature to allow our customers in Japan to create support cases more conveniently.
A click on the English text area continues to use the English verbiage as usual.
