    Hi Broadcom folks, 

    I cannot access the Case Management page off Broadcom Support. I can logon to the Broadcom site, access this forum and the generic Support page, but the new tab that opens pointing to https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/login results in this pop-up from ESET AntiVirus.

    Is this a known issue?

    Hi Kevin, 

    The firewall is blocking wolkenservicedesk.com domain. Suggest you log in to the Support Portal Case Management outside the company network. If it's working outside the company network, then it's definitely a firewall issue. Please submit a request to your Security team to open the firewall to allow wolkenservicedesk.com.

    I guess the block may have something to do with the outage over the weekend or that the work during the outage changed something since this morning (without changing anything our side) Broadcom Case Management is now accessible...
