- Changes to how administrative passwords changes are enforced:
- Ability (via PWADMIN control option) to enforce NEWPW password change rules, restrict expiration interval changes, and run password history checks during administrative password changes
- CASECAUT resource permissions that allow an administrator to bypass NEWPW and expiration interval restrictions that are enforced by PWADMIN
