  • 1.  Anyone already using the MQ interface of IDMS V19 ?

    Hello,

    We're investigating an upgrade to  IDMS V19 (currently 18.5) .  Anyone already done that and experienced (big) issues ?
    One of the new features that we would like to start using is the new MQ interface.
    Is anyone already using this new MQ feature ? Or testing it ? If so, what is your experience ?

    Hello Dirk,
    Yes, one of our customers ​is using the MQ Adapter  included in  R19.0 since November last year in all his tests CVs.
    Our  experience is quite good, We only had a pair of issues which Broadcom solved successfully by creating PTFs for them.
    We expect to install the MQ Adapter in our customer  production environment CVs, when a  MQ related PFT is published in Broadcom monthly CAR.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the good news. We've installed IDMS V19 in dec - jan 2020 period, and activated the MQ interface as well. At first sight it works fine and our first, limited tests show now issues. Now I'm waiting for an indepth testing phase of the development teams. If all goes well, we'll activate this new version in the coming months.
