- Overall, do you find what you need when searching for information in Tech Docs?
- What information do you search for most often for example, parameters or use cases?
- What information have you searched for but did not get the expected search results?
- What information have you searched for but got too many search results?
- What information have you searched for but did not get any search results?
Please provide as much detail as possible for example:
- Which task or process were you trying to accomplish?
- Which search criteria was used (exact term or string if possible)?
- Which product documentation were you searching in for example, CA IDMS Reference?
