Web Service Jobs

​ Hello, Could someone please help me with some information on how to setup a web service job? This is new for us and I don't have any experience using the web services. I have gone over the tech docs but would like some dialog about getting this set up. The app/devs have provided me with a test url to use to get this up and running.

Building Web Service jobs in not a super simple thing. Especially for those new to WebServices.
