    Thanks Rick,

When I followed the link to WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AGENTS it showed "no products available" . My problem is we had the install on a test server and due to a communication breakdown that server was decommissioned with out a back up being made so we lost our original install. Am I missing something when trying to find this download. We use CA Workload Automation ESP Edition and are looking for the System Agent for Microsoft Windows install. We have 3 new servers we need to install this on so the scheduler can communicate with them.

Thanks again Rick, I did make sure I was logged in and I can see that my cart has "0" items in it but the search bar showed "No Products Available. I spoke with Don Powell and he believes I do not have the proper access to view and download items so I am opening a support case to get the proper access.

    Thanks,
     Keith

    Hi Keith,
The link that Rick provided would have taken you to an agent page.  If you don't have access to this page we need to straighten out what you have access to.
You can call the support site at the number below. They can get it straightened out.  Or open a support ticket we can call support together.

yes I can get there but it still is showing me that no products are available when I select downloads. We just found a copy of the install on another server so we are good for now but I do need to figure out why I can't download anything even though it appears I have access. I opened a priority 4 ticket with the support helpdesk. Thanks for following up Rick

    Keith,

You should probably ensure that your customer number is included in your profile, and also that you have access to these products based on your contract.
